On October 30, the FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrei Lavrishchev participated the Transport Industry Congress in the delegation of the Mintrans of Russia headed by Maxim Sokolov, the Minister of Transport.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin’s greeting was read out by the President’s adviser Igor Levitin. The main report on the “Transport system of Russia Development till 2020” State Program was presented by the Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov.

Andrei Lavrishchev also took part in the round table discussion on burning issues of the maritime transport development, such as improvement of the industry legislation, legal support of Russian shipbuilding, development of navigation along the Northern Sea Route and measures on the improvement of Russian sea ports competitiveness.
