On August 17, 2012 a working meeting on implementation of measures for construction of Olympic objects included into the Federal Program of Preparation for the 2014 Olympics and Development of Sochi as a Mountain Resort headed by Deputy Director of Federal Agency of Marine and River Transport was held in the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sochi Branch.

Among the participants of the meeting were the FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director A.V. Lavrishchev, representatives of JSC “Morport Sochi”, and subcontractors LLC “Korporatsiya Inzhtransstroy” and LLC “SpetsGazStroy”. The agenda of the meeting included issues related to elaboration of project documentation and production schedules for the construction of an international marine and cruise shipping center, and also fulfillment of the planned stages of construction of 8 sea terminals in Sochi seaport.

As a result of the meeting its participants agreed that it is necessary to increase the level of interaction both from the side of the state client and the client constructor, and from the side of the subcontractors to enable quick solution of all problems arising during the construction of the transport facilities.

In order to get acquainted with the course of construction the participants visited the facilities under construction in the Sochi seaport, where they could observe the scope of construction to the full extent.
