China: Dredger “Humen” Successfully Redelivered

The Dredger Humen was successfully redelivered on March 9 after well repaired by CIC Boluomiao Shipyard.

The subject vessel is a large-scale dredger, which arrived to the yard for repair in the late of February. The main repair project included the repair of main engine, 3 motors, mud pump diesel engine, dredge pipe, mud rake, mud ditch, the plate renewal of approx. 300m2 and as well as the regular docking repair. The repair qualities were quite large but the repair period was very short. Every department tried the best to repair the ships with good quality, short period and large quantity.

All the staff united together to work overtime. In addition to finishing the contractual repair projects, the yard finished the additional project according to the requirments of the owners.

It was reported that the ship owner had highly praised CIC Boluomiao Shipyard for their efforts on the production quality and technology management.
