The excursion is organized for and by the joint youth organizations of the Port of Rotterdam, South Holland Department of Public Works, Young PIANC, CEDA Young and the Young Water Architecture Builders Builders Association of Water.

The program for Wednesday, June 9 is both, fascinating and informative. Exciting because we get a tour of the Maasvlakte 2 site where now are working hard to include the land reclamation and building the impressive E-Crane. And informative because there are several presentations and lectures. Says Ronald Paul, president Project Maasvlakte 2 of the Port of Rotterdam, the story behind Maasvlakte 2, nobody knows. Afterwards we will conclude tour with a barbecue and drinks on the terrace of Future Land rainbow in the background using hoppers at sunset.
